No, not an update

I don't think anyone reads this blog anymore since I haven't updated in so long. But I am extremely bored at work, so I am going to do this thing that I found on another blog...

3. How long have you known your spouse:
I met him at the beginning of freshman year at CMU (Sep. 2006), so almost 4 years. Wow.

4. How long did you date/court before you were engaged:
About 2 1/2 years

5. Where did you meet your spouse for the first time?
At the first home football game at Central our freshman year. His roommates were friends with some of my friends...and his roommates were friends with my roommates. There were so many people being introduced that day though, so I don't really remember meeting him. It took me a few times of seeing him to remember him! Isn't that sad?

6. What is your spouse's full name:
Jonathon Patrick Abbott

7. Do you have any children:
Still working on that...but hopefully soon!

8. How many - boys/girls:
None yet

9. Do you have any house pets:
Willy, the dachshund, and Tucker, the kitty.

We live in the 'hood. Not really. But kind of. We're really close to Pontiac if that explains anything. One night we heard fireworks, but assumed it was gunshots...

12. What are some of your favorite activities together:
Walking the dog when it's nice out, running when I'm in shape enough to do so, watching movies, reading, napping, shopping, game night with our friends, eating out, binging on junk food, watching the cat and dog wrestle, hogging the bathroom.

13. Do you have a favorite vacation spot:
Well we always talk about going back to Cancun. But we also love going up north to the U.P.

14. When did you first kiss?
Not long after we started dating hah.

15. What church do you attend?
We're still looking for one at the moment.

Nope, we got married outside :)

We both work

Cancun, Mexico

20.What was the funniest gift you gave when dating?
I don't think I ever gave him anything really funny. But, the other day, I found weiner-dog boxers and had to get them for him.

3 1/2 years

22. How long did you know each other before you started dating?
A couple months. But we didn't know each other that well until a couple weeks before we started dating.

Him.

25.Where do you each work or go to school?
I work at a doctor office, he works at a gym.

26. Which situation is the hardest on you as a couple?
Any time we fight. We're not good at fighting yet.

27. Did you go to the same school?
We went to the same college.

Not at all.

We're both smart in different ways.

Buffalo Wild Wings. But we both love Mongolian BBQ too.

Mexico

Hah. Him.

34. What is something that first attracted you about him/her?
He was cute and goofy and could have interesting conversations.

35. Who does the cooking?
We kind of cook for ourselves. Our schedules are crazy and I've been working and going to school since we got married, so I never have had time to cook dinners :(

He is. I hate most social situations.

He's not a neat-freak, but he cleans more than I do usually.

Both of us

He sure does.

Him.

41. Where was your first date?
Neither of us can really remember. We were at school and didn't have cars so we couldn't really go anywhere. We kind of count our first date as the "fancy" Thanksgiving dinner in the cafeteria, even though we went with our roommates too.

42.Who had more boyfriends/girlfriends?
We're about even.

43. Do you get flowers often?
No. I usually just buy them for myself.


44. How do you spend the holidays?
With our families.

45. Who is more jealous?
Me.


46. How long did it take to get serious?
Probably like 6 months or something.

47. Who eats more?
Definitely him. He eats ten times the amount I can eat.

48. Who does the laundry?
I do.

49. Who’s better with the computer?
We're both about the same.

50. Leave a piece of advice for the other couples:
I'm not quite sure I should be giving advice quite yet. I still don't have this whole marriage thing down.
